Last week Friday, a client Tundo (He granted me the permission) who is
Chartered accountant for 8 years came and bought our Financial Consultant
in a Box and plus the bonus of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
According to him, he worked in a bank and was maintaining systems and
processes which includes already designed templates in different softwares
and applications. Unfortunately, in his own mind, thought he knew a lot until
he was sacked although he has got another another job in a law firm but he
is now learning what he should have learned years ago.
The hardest work you have to do is to learn to depend on your inner self
because you have been taught to look always to someone else. As a small
child, you depend on your mother and later on your parents. I am not saying
that it is not perfectly okay but a child should be taught to recognize their own
power (thought) and use it.
Every person should work but should not depend on the job as his/her only
means of livelihood. Such mental attitude makes you afraid and fearful causing
tension.
On the other hand, a man with the right frame of mind will do better work, be
healthy, happy and if he loses his Job, instead of being upset, will simply recognize
an opportunity to better his condition.
See, let me be sincere for when changes begin to occur, one or two things is going to
happen, you are either going to land in a better position or you will go backwards.
Please note that whatever happens is strictly your decision.
For instance, if a person is sacked from work, study and equip yourself and look for
another job. I have written what to do when you loose your job. Furthermore, Tundo
believed in the systems and processes of the bank which is excellent but he never
depended and equip himself.
Finally when all is lost, what you will have left is you, me, I and myself. Have you
equipped yourself with knowledge?
