Frankly, why does it looks as if the last 5 years looks the same? Nothing has really changed. You have made a lot of promise to yourself, wife and family. Things did not go as anticipated and after an in-depth examination, you could find out that you are:

There is no significant change. You might want to blame the government for not providing good roads, electricity and good socials amenities. It is very normal and that is what the 95% of people think, so you don’t have to follow them.
However, when a foreigner comes here to establish, they don’t build their own road, they still use all these variables you complain about to get the best they could out of the economy.
