Who truely are you

This is a continuation of our last post.

If you really want to change anything in your life, it must start first within.

That is, you need to change your mindset before any other thing.

Every destructive emotion is a wasteful emotion. They always waste your

energy and make you less able to meet a situation.

For instance, anger leaves you weak and unable to put forth your best

efforts for some time. In fact, any of the destructive emotions disturbs the

chemistry of your body.

However, you can work on yourself and gain control of your emotions by

doing the following:

 

  1. Do physical exercises and make yourself repeat affirmation that will

counter the emotions you are trying to control.

 

  1. Replace all destructive emotions with constructive emotions by

encouraging and developing your capacity to express love, happiness

and contentment.

 

  1. Take stock of any habits of thoughts and action that does not contribute to

your happiness then resolve to quit such habit right now. If you fall from grace

a few times, do not waste time and energy being sorry and above all do not get

discouraged because it happens to all human beings nobody is an exception.

So dig right in and break the habit.

 

 

NOTE according to psychologist, it takes 90days to break and replace a habit.
